I've managed to keep breathing through nearly six decades of PTSD. Now that I'm living with a diagnosis, instead of wondering why I make some of the choices I do, I've learned tools that I share here. I've learned that everything I'm ashamed of came from a trauma-informed mind, and that I feel shame only because I've grown and won't do things like that again. I share my stories, raw and wide-open, in the hopes that you will relate and find empowerment.
